9021 Oh
Today was the first time I had to drive to work from my new apartment. About an hour before I had to go in, I realized that I needed to find a new route to work. So, I sat down at my handy dandy computer and went on mapquest.
Step 1: Type in my address.
Step 2: Type in the address of the restaurant.
Step 3: Click on the Get Directions thing-a-ma-jig
Then... Ta Da... It says my work doesn't exist.
For a second I thought that something had happened to the restaurant and that I wasn't gonna have to deal with Beverly Hillians that were sometimes rude. But then I figured I probably typed in the wrong address, so I tried it again.
I repeated steps 1-3 and hoped for better results this time... I didn't get better results.
This time, I went straight to the restaurant's website and got the the address so that I wouldn't mess it up this time... I still did.
Once again, I went on their website but this time I noticed there was something you could click and it would give you directions.
I clicked it... And... It took me to mapquest again.
At this point I was getting frustrated since I needed at least half an hour to get to work because of traffic (even though it was only about 7 or 8 miles away).
I tried it again but this time I only had to type in my address... Then... Ta Da... It did work.
So, what was my mistake?
The Zip Code. For some reason I automatically kept typing in 90210 since it's in Beverly Hills. The actual zip code for the restaurant was 90211.
So thank you Darren Star for creating the show the confused me and almost made me late for work.
